OverviewAs a Technical Specialist, you will work with customers to accelerate their digital transformation by designing and positioning Microsoft solutions that address business and technical challenges.You will serve as a trusted advisor to customer technical decision-makers, lead complex technical engagements, drive technical wins, and collaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver innovative cloud, security, and business solutions.ResponsibilitiesDrive technical sales engagements and customer solution design.Build relationships with customer technical decision-makers and influencers.Lead demos, proof of concepts, and architecture discussions.Collaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver customer outcomes.Share technical expertise and market insights to support business growth.QualificationsRequired QualificationsMaster's Degree and 4+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience; ORBachelor's Degree and 6+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience; OR7+ years of equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications8+ years of technical pre-sales, consulting, or technology delivery experience.6+ years of cloud, infrastructure, architecture, or migration experience.Relevant certifications such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Security, or Architecture certifications.
