You will be accountable for engineering support delivery for an assigned portfolio of Microsoft strategic customers, demonstrating a critical partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.ResponsibilitiesEngage directly with our largest and most complex AI-focused customers to provide architectural guidance to customers implementing and using Azure Blob Storage for their high-performance computing (HPC) and machine learning workloadsManage large, complex Azure storage technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, new mechanisms, or deprecating systems or features that are no longer neededUnderstand the architecture of the Azure Storage systems you work with to develop and execute technical strategies that drive service growthCapture and advocate for customer feedback to influence Azure Storage technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributionsRoutinely and efficiently deliver the right things by defining clear goals and objectives and driving to crisp decisions and outcomes by communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiencesProactively identify risks and bring them to the attention of your team and stakeholders with plans for mitigation before they become roadblocks. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
