Job Description
OverviewOverview The Logistics Coordinator supports the safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of data center construction projects by assisting with site logistics planning, coordination, and execution. This role contributes to ensuring that materials, equipment, workforce movement, and site access are organized and aligned with project schedules and safety standards. Working closely with Construction Managers, Project Managers, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role provides hands-on support for day-to-day site logistics activities, tracking progress, and helping to identify and communicate coordination issues impacting delivery. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced construction environment. Ideal candidates are early-career professionals with a background in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline who are eager to build foundational project delivery capabilities within Microsoft’s Data Center Development (DCD) organization. This position is based in La Porte, Indiana.Relocation assistance will be provided.
