Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.ResponsibilitiesProgram Start Date: January 2027 About: Erada Program is Microsoft's program tailored for Qatari Nationals, aiming to accelerate Qataris employability and create market impact through Early-in-Profession recruitment, and skilling programs.Program overview: Microsoft Erada Internship is a paid six-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications & skills, and on-the-job training to include mentoring, coaching, job shadowing and real-life scenario assignments.Program Details: The 6 months, full-time program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training)Phase one: Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month)Onboarding and introduction to Microsoft’s mission, culture, strategy & structure.Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized Microsoft technical certifications.Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.Phase two: On-the-job training (5 months)Joining as an SE for on-the-job shadowing and training.Mentorship and coaching sessions.Supporting Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects.Advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning & Cloud Computing. Responsibilities:Build awareness of need for product strategy based on customer feedback, and build awareness of need for compete strategies.Consume and leverage readiness materials to expand domain knowledge, and begin connecting with customers and promote internal team readiness.Engage with customers, with coaching from others. You will shadow in customer stakeholder interactions and research customer context to gain understanding and build product expertise. You will develop awareness of available resources by familiarizing yourself with the community and engaging others to gain product knowledge.Develop foundational awareness of working with reference architectures and assist in demonstrations of specific Microsoft products through preparation and execution.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsCurrently pursuing/ completed a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field.Qatar nationality.Legally authorized to work in Qatar (Legally authorized = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit).Fluency in English. Preferred Qualifications Passion for technology and customer obsessed.Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
