Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years related experience OR equivalent experience. (experience, 10 years)
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years related experience OR equivalent experience. (experience, 12 years)
• 12+ years' experience working on data center projects. (experience, 12 years)
• 10+ years of planning, scheduling, construction management, project controls, or related field experience. (experience, 10 years)
• Subject matter expertise in Primavera P6, CPM scheduling, schedule health checks, baseline management, delay analysis, and schedule reporting. (experience)
• Experience developing or managing an owner’s planning / scheduling program for large capital construction programs. (experience)
• Experience leading complex project or program planning across a large group of internal and external stakeholders. (experience)
• Demonstrated experience using schedule and project controls performance metrics to drive actions, operational adjustments, and mitigation plans. (experience)

• Construction Project Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year. (experience)
