Make It Uniquely Yours.You will ensure that we comply with all local indirect taxes including VAT, GST, sales tax, and excise tax, among others. You will also ensure the timely filing of returns and payments, so we comply with local regulations and ensure the accurate and timely reporting of our financial statements. To succeed in this role, you must understand the accounting entries for these taxes and ensure we are accounting appropriately. In some cases, you may deal directly with local tax authorities to handle snap audits and to help prepare documentation to support them.How you will contributeYou will:Support the indirect tax process including preparation of tax returns, processing of payments and filing. You will also execute or oversee the timely filing of returns and payments to ensure full compliance with local regulations. In addition, you will prepare monthly balance sheet and P&L reconciliation for indirect tax relevant accountsSupport a strong controls and compliance environment within the Indirect Tax team and ensure full compliance with our AER policies. You will also ensure that we comply with all indirect tax local laws and regulations in your area of responsibilityImplement efficient tax management strategies to optimize tax payments within the legal framework. You will also provide and interpret data from accounting records as requiredEmbrace a mindset of continuous improvement. E, para isso, temos um Comitê de Diversidade que atua em quatro frentes, Pessoas com deficiência (PCD), Étnico-Racial, Mulheres e LGBTQIAP+, além de fazer parte do MOVER - Movimento pela Equidade Racial.Principais Atividades: Garantir a correta apuração, escrituração e conformidade das obrigações fiscais de impostos indiretos, atuando com autonomia técnica, suportando a coordenação na gestão de riscos fiscais e na maximização de benefícios fiscais aplicáveis. • Revisar a escrituração fiscal (Entrada, Saída, Apuração – ICMS, IPI, ICMS-ST, Diferencial de Alíquota), assegurando a correta apropriação de créditos e débitos; • Gerir e monitorar os benefícios fiscais Estaduais, garantindo a correta fruição e documentação; • Acompanhar os impactos da Reforma Tributária nas operações da planta e suportar a adequação de processos; • Atuar como referência técnica para a equipe, validando classificações fiscais (itens exclusivos/comuns) e cálculos de de impostos; • Realizar conciliação fiscal-contábil e garantir a integridade dos livros fiscais; • Elaborar e transmitir obrigações acessórias (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contribuições, GIA-ST, SEF-PE, entre outras); • Interagir com auditoria interna/externa e consultorias tributárias quando necessário; • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria, automação de processos e mitigação de riscos fiscais. Formação: • Graduação em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou direito; • Pós-graduação ou especialização em Direito Tributário ou Gestão Fiscal (desejável); • Inglês avançado (diferencial). Requisitos Técnicos: • Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em área fiscal/tributária, preferencialmente em indústria; • Experiência comprovada com apuração de ICMS, ICMS-ST e gestão de benefícios; • Domínio do SAP (Módulo MM – transações ME23N, XK03, J1B1N) • Conhecimento do sistema Synchro; • Conhecimento dos portais fiscais (NF-e, ARE Virtual SEFAZ-PE, SPED Brasil); • Excel avançado (tabelas dinâmicas, PROCV/PROCX, Power Query); • Conhecimento de impostos retidos na fonte (IRRF, CSRF, ISS) será considerado diferencial.
