Make It Possible.Deliver curriculum based talks and workshops to educational visitors and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience throughout their visit to the attractionHow you will contributeYou will: Act as the first point of contact for educational visitor enquiries and act as an ambassador for the business with a good level of knowledge in all areas of the attraction, taking opportunities to upsell products and servicesRespond to email / telephone enquiries and process bookings, offering a high level of customer service at all timesMeet, great and provide educational talks and workshops to small/large groups of students of varying ages and their teachers, on a variety of specialized subjectsContribute to the creation of educational resources to support the programme of talks and workshopsProvide visitors with accurate advice, guidance and information about the attraction, the history of chocolate and CadburyFollow and implement all company policies, procedures and Standard Operating ProceduresContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, with a particular focus on the education programme and educational interpretation within the attractionWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
