Job DescriptionThe Full Stack Engineer, MDS IIM, is a member of the Mondelez Digital Services (MDS) Digital R&D team. They work closely with the MSC Engineering teams to support the End-to-End (E2E) IIM process through project portfolio management solutions, engaging cross-functionally to ensure products deliver against defined business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute towards the development of deployable IIM product incrementsDevelop and/or configure front-end and back-end technology to satisfy product requirementsDefine technical tasks and accurately size and estimate the effort required to deliver technical solutionsAssure software quality and perform end-to-end testingSupport the troubleshooting of technical questions and issuesDevelop, build, configure, customise, integrate, and test high-quality solutions based on functional and technical requirementsAdhere to business and technical standards, policies, and procedures throughout the software delivery lifecycleFollow Agile methodologies and principles through work outputs and behavioursWork collaboratively with Product Team members (e.g., Product Owner, Business Analyst) to ideate and shape software solutionsKey Interactions & StakeholdersProduct Team – Collaborate to design, develop, document, and test technical solutions that satisfy product requirementsSolution Architects – Shape complex solutions in line with technology capabilities and architectural standardsPlatform Team – Coordinate with Platform Owner and team members on requirements for product deliveryService Desk – Work together to resolve product incidents, problems, or queries that cannot be resolved in isolationVendors / Suppliers – Consult selected third parties involved in the delivery of development, testing, and support servicesSkills & ExperienceFunctional:Knowledge and understanding of product services and associated toolsStrong knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standardsExperienced in full stack engineering, automated deployment, and continuous integrationExperience working with project portfolio management SaaS solutions, preferrableTechnical:Familiarity with JavaScript frameworksMethodologies:Software delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)DevOps deployment methodologiesBehaviour:Innovative and experimentalResults orientatedStrong communicatorAble to quickly rationalise complex needs / issuesComfortable both working in and enabling diverse & inclusive teams No Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryAt Mondelēz International, our purpose is to empower people to snack right by offering the right snack, for the right moment, made the right way.
