That means you will ensure that facilities provided are well maintained, regulation/procedure are in place and implemented, hazards/aspects assessments are conducted, the accident both caused by unsafe acts and conditions are reduced and energy and waste are driven down.How you will contributeYou will:Assist and lead the cultural transformation regarding HSE to help lead plant to achieve Zero accidents and IncidentsBe responsible for coordinating and overseeing implementation of all Health & Safety programs and processesParticipate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformancesProvide Health and Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activitiesFollow up on non-conformances and develops the systems to resolve them based on root cause analysisMaintain an up-to-date incident reporting system, assist with investigating incidents in conjunction with the HSE Pillar team/safety committee and drive the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes/reoccurrenceDevelop technical guidance programs to identify and remove physical hazards`What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. Be responsible for HSE compliance both in legal requirements, relevant external and internal standards2. Driving HSE management systems3. Ensure all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment are identified and controlled following H.O.C4. Develop HSE skill matrix and build HSE capabilities for site employees5. Develop HSE culture following maturity step changes6. Develop and run campaigns to build HSE culture, capability and engagement7. Participate in IL6S and be member of at least one pillar. Be able to implement IL6S in his/ her areas8. Lead/ participate in RCA for any HSE-related incident onsite 9. Set priority through DMS and effective escalation of issues10. Participate in projects to provide HSE expertise in all stages, such as ideas, design, check and acceptance.11. Prepare relevant legal and internal reporting12. Other tasks as required when needed.Job specific requirements:• Degree in Safety - Health - Environment field or related technical field• At least 3+ years of working experience in HSE Management. Working experience in HSE FMCG Manufacturing is preferred.• Strong knowledge of legal requirement and proficiency in applying them to manufacturing.• Practical experience of local HSE priorities, e.g. machinery safety, process safety, ergonomics, health, contractor management, truck loading and unloading and vehicle safety, energy, waste and water management.• Knowledge and demonstrated capabilities in ISO 14001• Demonstrated leadership capability in an operational environment.• Working in, and leading, cross-functional teams.• Leading major change to improve performance in different HSE areas.• Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese. • Strong business acumen and organization agility• Good computer skills in MS Office, PowerBI, PowerApp, general researching skill using A.I. tools. Required Qualifications
