Make It Possible.The Logistics Import/Export Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end import and export planning operations at MDLZ Malaysia. This role ensures seamless fulfilment through proactive vendor management, cost oversight, and stakeholder coordination. This role will handle reporting and required to ensure alignment with both internal and external stakeholders on inventory levels, shipment schedules, capacity and operation planning.How you will contributeYou will:1. Cost Analysis – MITI Application ManagementManage and coordinate cost analysis submissions to the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.2. Shipping Documentation VerificationReview and verify import/export documentation including K1 draft confirmation and related customs documents. Follow up with the sourcing team to support 3PL for documentation updates as required3. Finished Goods (FG) Import/Export ManagementSupport smooth end-to-end execution through to delivery. Monitor all inbound/outbound shipments and obtain timely clearance updates from logistics vendors.Govern all export bookings, ensuring sufficient stock levels and optimised container utilisation.Oversee the timely preparation of all export documentation by the 3PL provider.4. Raw Material / Packaging Material (RM/PM) ImportMonitor all inbound shipments and obtain timely clearance updates from logistics vendors.Collaborate with key stakeholders including suppliers, planners, and 3PL partners to manage RM/PM import activities, ensuring full end-to-end process adherence and on-time delivery.5. Reporting Consolidate and distribute regular reporting on all import and export activities, providing accurate and timely data to support management decision-making and stakeholder visibilityRequirements:Communication Skills — Strong written and verbal communication; able to articulate ideas clearly and present findings to stakeholders at various levelsImport/Export Knowledge— Solid understanding of warehouse processes, customs clearance procedures, and import/export regulatory requirements.Excel Proficiency— Fundamental Excel skills including pivot tables, formula construction, and data summarization for operational reporting and analysis.Attention to Detail — Strong commitment to data accuracy and quality in all deliverablesAdaptability & Resilience— Ability to work under pressure with strong timeline awareness; flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced logistics environmentPrior hands-on experience in import/export operations, logistics coordination, or warehouse management.Industry experience in FMCG or consumer goods (open to other industries)Familiarity with carrier/liner portals & SAPExperience in managing 3PLEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in import/export, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain analytics No Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryMondelēz International in Southeast Asia is in five countries serving 19 markets with more than 18 nationalities and 7,500 employees.
