As Legal intern you will….Provide support in corporate and commercial legal activities under supervision of the Legal team: Corporate:Support in providing a full range of the company secretarial and legal support service for Mondelez International Inc.’s Netherlands-based international holding structure, ao: annual maintenance, corporate housekeeping, preparation of board meetings, draft, review minutes and resolutions, handle request of our foreign based subsidiaries (for resolutions, powers of attorney, etc.), arrange legalizationsKeep proper filing of recordsSupport the team in international restructurings and other projects, including project management, research, and drafting; andContribute to the development of legal templatesCommercial:support the validation of promotional/marketing activationsassist in providing advice to sales teams in relation to commercial lawanalyze and review sales and procurement contractscontribute to the development of templates for the Sales team (clauses/letters) You might be the one we are looking for if… You are a (HBO) student/ recent Master in Law or equivalent, ideally with a focus on company / corporate law, contract law and/or competition lawYou are recognized for your communication skills, thoroughness, and ability to work autonomouslyYou are fluent in Dutch and EnglishKnowledge of / Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
