Make It Matter.This role provides direct support to the Global IP Operations Lead and the trademark team in the comprehensive management and maintenance of the organization's intellectual property portfolio. Responsibilities encompass the processing of trademark name and address change recordals, formal document management, trademark record auditing to ensure data integrity, and the development of trademark reports and data analysis to support strategic decision-making. The position also contributes to a variety of intellectual property special projects, supports trademark renewal processes, and plays a key role in the administration of the Anaqua database platform.Location – Hybrid out of MDLZ global office (location flexible), preferably Bournville, UKHow you will contributeYou will:Track company entity changes that require initiation of new recordal projectsLiaise with third-party agents and vendors on both existing and new recordal projectsMonitor ongoing recordal projects and participate in routine review meetingsAssist with the resolution of data discrepancies related to trademark recordals and renewalsCreate trademark reports from Anaqua and provide data analysisAssist in monthly trademark audits across all trademark modules in the Anaqua DatabaseServe as a backup for the primary Renewals Administrator during absencesAssist with formal document preparation and executionAssist with database and file room clean-up projectsServe as the first-line escalation for all Anaqua Database issues across the teamOpen, manage, and track support tickets for the Anaqua Database through to full resolutionPerform bulk record updates in the Anaqua DatabaseWhat you will bringExisting function:A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Expertise in Intellectual Property name and/or address recordals and renewals and general trademark managementEffective project and vendor management skills with the ability to lead complex projectsAnaqua Database experience and expertise (back-end system management is a plus)The ability to work independentlyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Attention to detail combined with a proactive attitudeExcellent teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsPossible expanded function:Direct management of patent and trademark recordal projectsM&A supportEnhanced Anaqua Database managementRequired Qualifications:Paralegal Certification or equivalent job experience3-5 years of trademark recordal related experienceComfortable managing ambiguity and working in a role where the scope will change over time based on business needsKnows how to get things done both through formal channels and informal networksAbility to establish partnerships with key internal support functions and stakeholdersInstills trust and credibility with partners to influence strategies and tacticsPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting M&A Due Diligence and Integration of IP Documents and RecordsExperience with Anaqua database management for Trademark Functions including workflow configuration, creation and maintenance of fields, system enhancements, database testing with system updates, records audits, watch servicesExperience developing & implementing TM operational practices including digitization, automation, and/or artificial intelligence No Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryAt Mondelēz International, our purpose is to empower people to snack right by offering the right snack, for the right moment, made the right way.
