With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets. You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will bring experience and knowledge in:Operating machines with coachingSafety and quality standards for operating machinesReading and writing, and fluently conversant in the language of communication as appropriate to the siteCollaborating well in a diverse work environmentEducation / Certifications:High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).Job specific requirements:Manufacturing Experience: Experience in a high-speed industrial/manufacturing environment is required.Availability/Flexibility: Must be able to work any shift, and work daily & weekend overtime, if necessaryPhysical Capability: Must be able to bend, carry, reach, climb, twist, and lift, up to 50-pounds.Must be able to operate different types of manufacturing equipment (i.e., transports, forklifts, etc.)Must be able to perform visual inspection and measuring techniquesMust be able to complete quality and production required paperwork legibly, accurately, and timelyAbility to perform various duties as necessary, often changing from one task to another in different environmentsWork schedule:Weekday + Weekend shifts available with some required overtime (weekday and/or weekend)Have shift flexibility is requiredPay rate:$ 23.10 per hour#ushourlySalary and Benefits:The hourly wage for this position is $23.10/hour. The position offers healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and paid time off, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
