As part of Mondelēz Europe, we are proud of both the brands we make and the people who make them.Reporting to the Business Area Manager (Plant Manager), the Production Line Manager is a key manufacturing role based at our Coolock factory. You will lead a specific production line and manage a team of production operatives and maintenance technicians.Key responsibilities:Maintain high standards in safety, quality and environmentDeliver production and cost performance targetsImprove plant reliability with engineering and continuous improvement teamsLead continuous improvement using lean tools and root cause analysisPlan and coordinate resources to deliver production plansBuild a positive team culture and manage union relationshipsWhat you will bring:Proven experience as a Production Line Manager, Manufacturing Team Leader or similarExperience working in a unionised environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsResults-driven mindset and focus on continuous improvementLean methodology experience is helpful but not essentialTechnical manufacturing knowledge is preferredMore about this role Shift pattern:Day: 7.30 am - 3.00 pmEvening: 2.45 pm - 10.00 pmNight: 9.45 pm - 7.45 am (4 nights)Mondelēz International is an equal opportunity employer.
