Make It Uniquely Yours.We are looking for a Senior Developer who combines strong technical depth in SQL, Power BI (DAX, M, modeling, visualization), and GCP with the ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership of reporting solutions from design through maintenance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a cross-functional business environment. Experience with Alteryx is a plus but not mandatory.Job Profile – Key Accountabilities:- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to support business decision-making- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation- Build and maintain ETL/data preparation workflows in Alteryx (good to have)- Develop and manage data pipelines and cloud-based analytics solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting outputs- Perform ongoing maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of existing reports and data models- Document data models, business logic, and reporting standardsHard Skills – Required:SQL: Advanced proficiency; complex joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, query optimizationPower BI – DAX: Strong command of calculated columns, measures, time intelligence, context transition, iterator functionsPower BI – M (Power Query): Data shaping, custom functions, parameterized queries, API connections, error handlingPower BI – Data Modeling: Star schema design, relationships management, role-playing dimensions, composite models, incremental refreshPower BI – Visualization: Best practices in UX/UI, storytelling with data, conditional formatting, bookmarks, drill-throughsPower BI – Report Maintenance: Version control, workspace management, scheduled refresh, RLS implementation, performance optimizationGCP Experience with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, or related services; understanding of cloud data architectureHard Skills – Nice to HaveAlteryx: Workflow design, data blending, cleansing, automation, macrosSoft Skills & Working Characteristics:Analytical mindset: Ability to break down complex business problems into structured data solutionsAttention to detail: High accuracy in data handling, modeling, and visual outputsCommunication: Clearly explains technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; can present findings effectivelyProactivity: Self-driven; identifies improvement opportunities without being askedOwnership & accountability: Takes responsibility for deliverables end-to-end, from requirements to deploymentCollaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, IT, etc.)Time management: Handles multiple priorities and delivers within deadlinesCuriosity & continuous learning: Stays up to date with BI tools, techniques, and best practicesProblem-solving: Troubleshoots issues independently before escalating; finds creative workaroundsAdaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirementsRelocation Support Available?
