Keen sense ofConsumer and business trends, and how they will impact Supply Chain delivery capability over timeMeasure of successOEE, yield, waste, and gross productivity improvementsStandardization rate of operational processesSite maturity progression in IL6S assessmentsCapability qualifications and skill-building metricsDigital tools adoption and measurable impactGeographical coverageGlobal Role with responsibility over all regions and designated mature sites.Expected travel: 30-40%Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $174,100 to $287,265; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
