As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. Key Responsibilities : Future Tech & Innovation Scan market trends and emerging TA technologies .Evaluate tools/vendors and features within/outside of current Technologies .Run demos and innovation pilots .Contribute to future roadmap planning Project Delivery Lead test-and-learn (especially AI-driven projects).Support complex deployments and configurations .Drive end-to-end solution design Skills & ExperienceExperience in independently leading an HR Tech product innovation project in a global organisation.Experience designing/ deploying AI technologies to large operations teamsExperience working with: AI tools /automationutomation / chatbots & New vendor evaluations or tech pilots Exposure to:Market research/benchmarking.Innovation programs or digital transformation.Business case creation / ROI analysis / Risk and impact assessment analysis.Strong storytelling or presenting ideas to leadership.
