Job Description

We’re seeking a Director, Japan Campus Recruitment Lead to oversee the end‑to‑end attraction, selection, and onboarding of early career talent through annual internship and graduate programs across all functions in Japan.Within the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward, and develop a high‑performing global workforce - equipping employees with the support and tools they need to succeed. As a member of the Asia Campus Leadership Team, this Director-level role is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of campus recruitment in Japan. Partnering closely with senior business leaders and key stakeholders, the successful candidate will drive the attraction, selection, and conversion of top early-career talent while delivering a best-in-class candidate and internship experience. The successful candidate will lead the strategy and execution of campus hiring in Japan, managing a Senior Campus Recruiter and onsite vendor partners.
