A philosophy that balances personal lifestyles, perspectives and needs is an important part of our culture.What will you be doing?Drive growth of the electronic Rates sales business across all client segments and products, partnering closely with trading, e‑strats and distribution teamsAct as a key interface between clients and internal stakeholders (including Trading, e‑Strats and Technology) to deliver electronic execution solutionsAnalyze e‑trading performance, client behaviour and market structure to identify trends, opportunities and anomalies, and proactively drive revenue generationDevelop and maintain client analytics, dashboards and performance metrics to optimize the electronic trading franchise and support strategic decision makingManage client tiering frameworks through data-driven analysis and collaboration with Sales & Trading leadershipSupport onboarding and growth of clients across electronic venues (e.g. Bloomberg, Tradeweb), including pipeline management and process improvement initiativesPartner with technology teams to enhance automation, infrastructure and analytics capabilities within the eRates businessContribute to the development of new business metrics and tools in collaboration with e‑Strats, helping to scale the electronic platformEngage clients with a solutions-oriented approach, providing education on products, electronic execution and market structure rather than purely relationship managementWhat we’re looking for:Experience within Fixed Income at a Tier 1 institution, ideally with exposure to Rates e‑tradingStrong understanding of electronic execution workflows, platforms and liquidity dynamics in Rates (e.g. RFQ, streaming, algo execution)Solid product knowledge across fixed income instruments, with an interest in Rates and adjacent areas such as FXHighly analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into commercial opportunitiesTechnical proficiency including Python, SQL and/or KDB/Q, with the ability to perform ad hoc analysis and support automationAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with VBA/macros or similar tools for data analysis and process efficiencyExperience building or working with client analytics, dashboards or performance metrics is a strong advantageStrong understanding of market structure and electronic trading ecosystemsUndergraduate degree in Engineering, Mathematics or a related quantitative field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferredCommercial and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with Trading, Technology and clients to deliver solutionsStrong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both internal stakeholders and external clientsProactive, entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on driving platform growth and improving client engagementCertified Persons Regulatory Requirements:This role is deemed as a Certified role and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.Flexible work statement: Interested in flexible working opportunities?
