We're seeking someone to join our team as a Vice President to lead Finance Data Governance topics within Morgan Stanley Europe SE “MSESE”.In this role, the Finance Data Governance lead will drive data quality initiatives and governance locally, working closely with Global teams, the implementation of the Firm’s Data Strategy of automation and strengthening of Data Quality Controls (DQC), ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data consumed across the Finance organization. The role requires a strong blend of strategic leadership and disciplined execution, with the ability to drive alignment across stakeholders.In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is a Vice President level position within the relevant Finance Data Governance and Control framework.The MSESE Finance COO function has four teams including the Data Governance function, all located in Frankfurt. The role holder will have a co-reporting line into the Global Finance Data Organisation.The Finance Department reports to the Chief Financial Officer and consists of some 3,000 employees worldwide. Finance protects the Morgan Stanley franchise by serving as guardian of the Firm’s books and records and by contributing to Firm wide risk management and risk reduction.
