OverviewThe Business Solutions Group (BSG) team sits within Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Securities Group (ISG) and functions as an in-house management consulting team supporting the firm with strategic program management and delivery, large-scale transformation, operational improvement, and regulatory change or remediation. The team partners with individual business lines, Legal/Risk/Compliance, and senior firm leadership to drive initiatives to completion.This role will play a foundational part in delivering high-impact engagements while combining advisory consulting, program delivery, and data-driven analytics capabilities.Primary ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of the BSG team, this individual will work in cross-functional agile teams alongside various business stakeholders (e.g. business, technology, operations, risk and finance) to innovate and consult on developing new or enhancing existing technologies.
