Job Description

Role OverviewThe PB Pricing & Analytics team is part of the Institutional Equities Division.The team is responsible for pricing and analytics across equity financing and execution products within Prime Brokerage (Cash Prime Brokerage; Delta one Swaps; Securities Lending) and cleared derivatives products in APAC.Key responsibilitiesSupport and own pricing analysis and decision makingDevelop and maintain pricing models, scenario analyses to support client negotiations and new products.Partner closely with Sales and Coverage, Trading, Risk, Strats, Finance, IT and external clientsAnalysis of desk profitability, with emphasis on driving optimization and efficiency.Development of management reporting to aid the strategic management of the businessClose involvement in strategic business initiativesSkills Required1-5 years related financial experience , ideally in: Prime Brokerage, Structuring, Strats, Risk, Trading or closely related analytical rolesStrong numerical background and data analysis skillsAnalytic mindset, excellent problem solving ability and close attention to detail.Strong communication skills and an ability to articulate complex situations clearly.Strong project management and time management skillsComfortable operating in fast-paced commercially driven environmentProduct knowledge of equity swaps and listed derivatives desirableKnowledge of regional APAC equity market structures desirableWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY: At Morgan Stanley, we raise, manage and allocate capital for our clients – helping them reach their goals. Required Qualifications

  • 1-5 years related financial experience , ideally in: Prime Brokerage, Structuring, Strats, Risk, Trading or closely related analytical roles (experience, 5 years)

  • Strong communication skills and an ability to articulate complex situations clearly. (experience)
