As the Group has been expanding its transaction capabilities and client universe in recent years, we are currently searching for multiple candidates to strengthen the team with expertise in relevant industries, and/or experience in the Investment Banking industry.Key ResponsibilitiesEngaging in client coverage in the real estate, infrastructure and related sectors (includes but not limited to: real estate developers, homebuilders, construction companies, non-real estate corporates with real estate/infrastructure asset portfolio, J-REITs, private equity funds with real estate/infrastructure exposure)Leading and managing the execution of corporate finance transactions (including IPOs, follow-on offerings, other debt and equity financings, both domestic and cross border M&As, strategic advisory) and real estate and infrastructure-related transactionsPerforming financial analysis, strategic business analysis and detailed industry research, providing rapid and accurate market judgments to colleagues and clientsPreparing and delivering high quality client presentations in a clear and compelling manner, and contributing to team discussions and client meetingsWorking closely with bankers on the team and across other groupsQualifications, Skills & RequirementsInvestment Banking (corporate finance/M&A) and/or relevant advisory experience of 3 years or more is required.
