KANSAS SPEEDWAYKansas Speedway, which opened in 2001, is in the heart of the Midwest in Kansas City, Kansas. With easy access to major highways, along with the Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway, restaurants, shopping and other entertainment, Kansas Speedway has easily become a destination for fans. The track hosts two NASCAR Cup Series races, the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series, the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and the ARCA Menards Series. In addition to two race weekends, Kansas Speedway hosts over 200 event days each year.Kansas Speedway is searching for parking attendants with great attitudes and customer service to join our Parking Services team. Parking Services employees are responsible for directing Kansas Speedway guest traffic safely to open parking spots as directed.. Event staff must be able to work race weekends April 17-19,. 2026 and/or September 25-27, 2026.Join our team where we provide the Best Guest Experience in motorsports!Duties and Responsibilities:Evaluate parking area to ensure optimal utilizationMaintain safety of all guests on inbound traffic as well as exiting guests safely off the propertyEnsure compliance to safety regulations and company policiesEnsure traffic flow and parking allows for access of emergency vehiclesMaintain knowledge of facility and event, i.e. providing directions and answering event questionsAssist with clean-up of debris from parking lots when neededUtilize hand signals, flags and lights to direct guests into open spotsPosition and move barricades, cones and signage as neededManage and resolve guest questions while providing excellent customer serviceCommunicate with management with relevant information of guests violating rules or if suspicious activity is observedCell phone usage is not allowed while directing traffic Qualifications:Applicants must be 18 years of age or olderRequires the ability to walk long distances and stand for entire shiftMust be able to work in all-weather elements including windy, muddy, rainy, snow, sleet and extreme temperaturesMust be able to commit to entire shift of work timeMust possess the ability to lift up to 25 pounds to move cones and barricadesIndividuals driving rental vehicles and/or golf carts must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle record review inspectionBehind every race weekend are talented people helping shape the future of sports and entertainment. Required Qualifications

  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older (experience, 18 years)
  • Requires the ability to walk long distances and stand for entire shift (experience)
  • Must be able to work in all-weather elements including windy, muddy, rainy, snow, sleet and extreme temperatures (experience)
  • Must be able to commit to entire shift of work time (experience)
  • Must possess the ability to lift up to 25 pounds to move cones and barricades (experience)
  • Individuals driving rental vehicles and/or golf carts must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle record review inspection (experience)

Responsibilities
