Assist guests as necessary and as directed by the tram operations supervisor. Additionally you may be assigned to work as a plaza attendant.Responsibilities of the Tram/Bus Driver: Driver will be paired with an on-board ambassador.Perform safety checklistOperate tram/bus at 15 mph or lessDriver is responsible for ensuring on-board ambassador is performing duties.All other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Strong communications and customer service skillsCDL Required (Class A or B)Ability to work in a fast paced and high stress environmentAbility to work outdoors in changing weather conditions for extended periodsMust be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as assignedPositive attitude, friendly and outgoingMust follow dress code and have a clean, presentable appearance at all times.Ability to work with others and take directionMust learn quickly and be trainableMinimum 18 years of ageAdhere to the substance abuse policy and pass a motor vehicle record checkReliable transportation to and from the track locationReporting Relationships: The Tram/Bus Driver will be under the close supervision of the Tram Operations Supervisors for Talladega Superspeedway with some additional responsibilities assigned by the Senior Director of Guest Services/Manager of Guest Services.Dates/Hours Needed: Tram/Bus Driver are a seasonal/temporary event based position with possible smaller events throughout the year.
