About the Role:Responsible for building the enterprise Talent Acquisition capability required to support Neurocrine's strategic growth and long-term business success. Transforms Talent Acquisition from a high-performing recruiting organization into a strategic business capability that enables the company to compete for exceptional scientific, clinical, technical, digital, commercial, and executive talent in an increasingly competitive global market. Partners closely with the CHRO, executive leadership team, and business leaders to translate business strategy, organizational capability plans, and workforce scenarios into differentiated talent acquisition strategies. Provides external talent intelligence, workforce insights, and market analytics that influence enterprise decisions, organizational planning, and long-term capability development. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 35% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
