(*in collaboration with AbbVie)About the Role:Responsible for supporting contracts administration. Primary responsibilities include processing contracts for signature, entering data into contract management system and creating workflow status reports. Works with legal department to ensure contracts are reviewed and fully executed in a timely manner. Supports the administration of contracts throughout the contract lifecycle (financial approval, contract execution, invoicing, tracking timelines, etc). Maintains strong working relationships with all levels within the organization._Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):Manage, administer, and maintain the company’s contract management systemSupport contract lifecycle managementReview and identify standard contract terms for data entry into the contract management systemEnsure that contractual records entered into the Contract Management System are accurate and up to dateIdentify issues and initiate corrective actions to ensure contracts are processed efficientlyCreate workflow status reports and other ad hoc reporting as may be requiredIdentify and support process improvements and efficienciesEffectively documents and conducts work in a safe and professional manner in accordance with company and departmental guidelinesPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's degree in relevant field AND 2+ years of contracts administration or similar transactional experience in a role that requires direct interaction with vendors/service providers and internal stakeholders ORHigh School Diploma/Associates Degree AND 4 years of related work experienceUnderstands Neurocrine's business objectives and can develop an understanding of Neurocrine's services and customersHas experience in specific functional discipline while working to acquire higher-level knowledge and skillsComfortable with tools and processes that support work conducted by functional areaAbility to work as part of a teamGood communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skillsDetail orientedAbility to meet deadlinesGood project management skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesMust be proficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent interpersonal skillsGood customer service skillsPossesses superior attention to detailExperience with Contract Management Systems preferred#LI-TM1Neurocrine Biosciences is an EEO/Disability/Vets employer. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
