The successful candidate recruits and develops a diverse, high-performing team to exceed sales goals within an assigned region while managing key projects and collaborating with commercial cross-functional teams. They provide strategic direction, field coaching, and develop specialty pharmacy fulfillment access strategies. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position is eligible participate in the Company’s quarterly incentive compensation plan, which provides the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on individual performance results.
