Reporting to the Senior Director, Endocrinology PEA, this role leads operational planning and execution across assigned therapeutic programs and brands while improving the systems, processes, tools, and governance that support high-quality patient engagement & advocacy.Working closely with the Endocrinology PEA team and cross-functional partners, this role coordinates operational execution while helping build the systems and processes needed to support Neurocrine's growing Endocrinology portfolio. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
