About the Role:Responsible for the execution and maintenance of product/disease specific projects to establish prevalence or burden of disease/symptoms or health outcomes from treatment. Works closely with the Global Clinical Development, Medical Affairs teams and Brand teams to achieve departmental and corporate strategic objectives. Contributes to the HEOR strategy development._Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):Designs, develops and implements projects to assist in the creation of disease or product specific evidence to inform commercial strategy, value assessment and market accessWork closely with the development or brand team lead to be responsible for HEOR contentCollaborates with internal business partners to meet the evidence needs of external consumersOversee and manage vendorsAssist in meeting Departmental goalsInvolved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
