Serves as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that support portfolio prioritization, investment decisions, resource allocation, and long-range planning. Leads highly complex portfolio planning and analytics activities with significant organizational impact, risk, and complexity. Develops and implements portfolio optimization frameworks, forecasting models, scenario analyses, and decision-support capabilities that enable effective governance and maximize portfolio value. 12+ years of relevant experience ORPhD, PharmD, MBA, or other advanced degree and 10+ years of relevant experienceDeep understanding of pharmaceutical drug development across discovery, preclinical, Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 35% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
