Principal, Partner Management – Domestic ManufacturingPHKWHO YOU’LL WORK WITHIn Footwear Supply Chain, we are building a more responsive, resilient, and future-ready manufacturing network. This role will work across Manufacturing Engineering, Product Creation, Materials Supply Chain, Product Integrity, Planning, Logistics, Legal, Finance, Innovation, and external partners to help build Nike's emerging domestic manufacturing ecosystem.You will report to the VP of Footwear Manufacturing and partner closely with teams across Nike to operationalize new manufacturing capabilities, establish scalable partner models, and create the processes required to support future growth.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a leader who thrives in ambiguous environments and enjoys building something new.The successful candidate is naturally curious, technically inclined, and comfortable learning new technologies, manufacturing models, and business processes. They bring structure to complex problems, create clarity across teams, and help translate early-stage opportunities into scalable capabilities.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain management or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, preferably in footwear, chemical engineering, chemistry, polymers, or a related sub-specialtyExperience in leading complex cross-functional initiatives and working in matrix organizations.   • Contributing to broader Footwear Supply Chain Manufacturing priorities and transformation initiatives as business needs evolve
