You will partner closely with Design and Business Integration teams across Nike, Engineering, Architecture, and Program Management to bring Design’s vision and business outcomes to life. You will set direction, raise the bar of PMs across CP&I through informal mentorship, and lead through expertise rather than people management.Key Qualifications : 8 to 12+ years of product management experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training; advanced degree preferredDeep Subject Matter Expertise & experience in Design tools (2D/3D, Adobe, CLO, AI tools etc.)Proven experience in developing complex roadmaps, establishing measurement frameworks, product management best practices, and delivery of significant business impactAbility to influence and shape thinking of senior business and technical leadership within and outside the DesignExperience with and/or ability to quickly learn complex systems and landscapeExcellent communications skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skillsExperience with agile development methodologies, specifically SAFe, Kanban, and ScrumExposure to AI/ML and Generative AI applied to enterprise product workflowsExperience working on global products in consumer, footwear, apparel, or retail domainsWHAT YOU’LL WORK ONAs Principal Product Manager, you will own and lead a critical product(s) that enables the future of Design at Nike.
