WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORAs a Senior Sock Designer in Accessories, you will create and develop seasonal sock concepts that blend style, performance, sport, and culture. We are looking for a curious, collaborative designer who is driven to innovate and challenge how products are made. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams are essential.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON You will design socks that advance Nike’s vision at the intersection of sport and culture. You will identify opportunities, solve product challenges, and take informed risks to drive innovation. Day to day, you will research consumer and athlete insights, explore performance and manufacturing solutions, and develop creative product concepts. You will regularly present your work in design reviews and collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager of Socks and the Lead Sock Designer to shape product direction.WHO YOU WILL WORK WITHYou will partner with cross-functional teams across design, development, and merchandising to deliver products that meet performance, cost, consumer, and timeline objectives.   • 3-5 years' experience designing and developing innovative products (experience, 5 years)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Product Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training. (experience)
