This designer will play a key role in authoring powerful narratives that inspireathletes, franchises, and fans worldwide. They thrive in ambiguity, are driven by curiosity and lead with optimism. Their creativetalent is equaled by their ability to think strategically and consciously champion ground-breaking thinking and the thinking oftheir teammates. They play a key role in the conceptualization, design, and development of uniform graphics and brandingelements. These designers have an affinity for world-building and storytelling through uniform design, integrating narrativeelements that resonate with fans and athletes. This designer also plays a key role in the mentoring and development of juniordesigners, fostering their growth and skills within the design team and Nike Design community.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?You will be responsible for the conceptualizing narratives across multiple NFL Uniforms and product spaces through GraphicVisual Centers and Presentations. If this is you, you’ll be working with Internal and External Product and Design partners aligningon construction, development, insights, and various presentation gates. A typical day/week consists of working closely with yourUniform Design teammates to ensure we’re creating the future of sport across the NFL. This can range from brainstorm sessionson creative strategies to meetings designed to review uniform designs are achieving the desired goal.WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?You will work closely with the Design Director, Product Leadership, and External NFL Partners to help Nike create the future ofnarrative driven uniform design across the NFL. You will be reporting directly to the NFL Uniforms Design Director and will beworking closely with cross functional partners internally as well as key collaborators externally across the NFL.WHAT YOU WILL BRING?
