WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHThis role directly reports to the Director of NSO (Nike Stores Owned)/NSP (Nike Stores Partnered) Business.The Senior Manager works closely with cross-functional teams across NSP/NSO/NVS (Nike Value Stores), IRM (Integrated Retail Marketing), SDSM (Stores District Senior Manager), SMD (Sports Marketplace Director) and Retail Operations.This role also works with external partners like NSP partners nationwide, third-party agencies for O2O(Online-to-Offline), CXP (Consumer Experience) and Store Excellence program.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a Senior Manager for the Store Excellence team to oversee and elevate overall brand standards and retail fundamentals inclusive of store environment, service, experiences, and operations across NSO, NVS, and NSP.A proactive and passionate leader is required to identify and explore untapped opportunities in the marketplace.Someone with a strong understanding of the Nike retail ecosystem and brand & retail standards for consumers.A team player who brings support and insights from cross-functional teams and is a people manager capable of unleashing the team's potential.7+ years of experience in a relevant retail area10+ years of overall professional experienceComprehensive understanding of retail acumen and holistic consumer insights on sport and retail industryA deep understanding of the Nike retail ecosystem inclusive of VMS (Visual Merchandising & Styling), storytelling, and consumer communication.Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organizationStrong and demonstrated ability to effectively handle complexity and influence stakeholders with clarityLeadership mindset to embrace change and lead innovative problem solvingFluency in Korean and high proficiency in written and spoken EnglishWHAT YOU’LL WORK ONProactively seek opportunities to elevate brand standards and retail fundamentals at retail inclusive of VMS, storytelling, consumer communication, service, and experiencesDevelop and build guidelines in areas of opportunity to elevate store environment & serviceConvey partner feedback and challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement and growthStrengthen seasonal execution capabilities across partners and store tiersAct as a liaison between business teams/partners and the marketing team, ensuring new operating models & guidelines are successfully implementedLead NSP retail excellence assessment to ensure NSP stores maintain the highest level of retail standard at every touchpointElevate and expand CXP by increasing operational efficiency and commercial & local relevancyLeverage O2O communication to support targeted communication and store openings
