Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.Minimum 5 years’ footwear product creation, development, engineering, or manufacturing experience.Strong project management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Proven leadership in complex product development and cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel domestically/internationally up to 20% as required.Must meet all local and federal employment compliance requirements.WHAT YOU’LL WORK ONYou will lead end-to-end footwear product creation for high-profile Jordan Brand athletes, driving CGM innovation, collaboration, and product excellence from concept through to product delivery across a global matrixed organization.Drive Jordan Sport product development for athlete and marketplace initiatives, ensuring alignment with design, business, and manufacturing objectives.Collaborate with Sport Design, Product Management, Sports Marketing, Materials, Engineering, and Manufacturing partners.Lead product reviews, validation, fit assessments, and athlete wear testing to ensure performance standards.Project manage athlete and seasonal league calendars anticipating risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure project delivery to milestone and brand commitments.Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.Champion continuous improvement and implement best practices across product creation processes.Serve as a key point of contact for global manufacturing partners and internal development teams.We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
