The annual base salary for this position ranges from $69,600.00 in our lowest geographic market to $137,000.00 in our highest geographic market. This role reports to the Director, Global Footwear Sourcing and partners closely with Merchandising, Development, Costing, Operations, our Liaison Office and manufacturing partners across the Converse footwear ecosystem. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.2+ years of experience in sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain, product creation, merchandising, or related functions.Strong understanding of footwear manufacturing, factory capabilities, supplier management, and product development processes.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.Experience with strategic planning, scenario modeling, and business analytics.WHAT YOU’LL WORK ONYou will help shape Converse's long-range sourcing strategy by connecting product creation plans with manufacturing capabilities and strategic partner priorities.
