And who will act as our internal compass for Polish labor law, data integrity, and operational efficiency. Your role will be to support Country People Manager in ensuring smooth execution of HR projects through local delivery of critical People initiatives. Provide specialized expertise in HR processes for Nokia Poland.Guardian of Compliance: Monitor changes in Polish Labor Law and proactively translate them into actionable company policies. You’ll ensure we stay ahead of the curve, not just catching up to it.Security & Privacy: Act as the HR point of contact for GDPR (RODO) and ISO 27001 standards.Strategic Initiatives: Lead and support ad-hoc projects focused on organizational excellence and operational efficiency. Internal Stakeholder Management: Manage complex relationships within the organization, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across various internal groups and external bodies.Data Intelligence: Use your analytical expertise to turn raw HR data into insights.
