Own and drive the architecture of Kubernetes-based platforms, from design to real-world productionTranslate complex business and product needs into clear, scalable technical solutions (HLD/LLD)Set direction and best practices across cloud-native, containerized environmentsAct as a technical leader, influencing decisions and guiding engineering teamsSupport teams on implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting in productionContinuously improve platform capabilities across CI/CD, observability, and security Senior-level architect with strong experience designing and running cloud-native distributed systems at scale, with deep expertise in Kubernetes in production environmentsCombines hands-on technical depth with strategic thinking, comfortable in complex environments where performance, reliability, and scalability are criticalStrong expertise in Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native architecturesExperience with distributed systems and microservices at scaleSolid understanding of CI/CD (ideally GitOps), Linux, networking, and securityProven ability to influence technical decisions and lead through expertiseExposure to telecom platforms, service mesh, observability tools, or infrastructure as code is a plus#LI-Hybrid
