Our role is to translate Nokia’s business and technology goals into practical, people‑focused solutions that make work simpler.For this internship, you’ll be joining the User Experience unit that helps employees adopt new digital solutions smoothly and confidently. We focus on understanding user needs, improving clarity and usability, and ensuring changes are easy for people to navigate.
