As a Hardware Engineer, you will:Design complex, multilayer printed circuit boardsDrive and manage your design through the development process from concept to production releaseVerify prototype hardware under thermal and environmental conditionsWork with the Factory to release a high-quality productResolve customer issues quickly and professionally Minimum B.Sc or B.Eng in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering5+ years of experience designing complex PCB designsUnderstanding of Ultra high-speed PCB circuit design and methodologiesExcellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and leadership skillsIt would be nice if you also had:Experience with stack-up design, signal integrity simulation, and power circuitryFamiliarity with EMC/EMI/Safety and ITU/IEEE/Bellcore telecommunications standardsProgramming/Scripting ability (C/Python)
