NION2026 Provide technical leadership to a team of strong individual designers on the design and development of high performance tunable lasers, high speed devices and PIC integrationLead interactions within internal teams on design and qualification effortsEnhance and rigorously execute on design methodologies and processesWork with cross-functional teams to understand and define product requirements and plansIndependently resolves issues and conquer technical challengesProvide inputs into product road maps MS/PhD in engineering, 10+ years’ experience in telecommunications, optoelectronics, or microelectronics developmentA strong understanding of optical components design, epitaxy, fabrication and component/system level tests.Strong background with semiconductor optical devices such as laser, detectors, modulators and other integrated waveguide devices.Ability to work with a large body of data and the necessary statistical analysis tools, and the ability to present the data and ideas to a diverse audience.The Job will require frequent collaborative interaction with fab, epitaxy, test and reliability engineering, packaging, product engineering, and system engineering groupsStrong leadership and communication and engineering and project management skills
