As an RF Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the validation, calibration, and performance of RF test systems supporting 4G/5G radio manufacturing. Working closely with global teams, you will contribute to troubleshooting, continuous improvement initiatives, and production readiness activities that enhance quality, efficiency, and operational performance. Support the validation, maintenance, and calibration of RF testers to ensure production readiness.Perform testing and troubleshooting of TRx, PA, LNA, and filter systems.Collaborate with global teams to resolve technical issues and improve production processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tester performance and reduce costs.Manage asset inventories and logistics to support efficient resource utilization.Apply RF circuit knowledge and debugging techniques to support issue resolution and process optimization.Participate in cross-functional reviews and knowledge-sharing activities with global stakeholders.Support EMS sites with RF tester installation, validation, and troubleshooting activities. You have:Bachelor's or Master's degree with 10–12 years of experience in radio products, including TRx, PA, and filters.Experience in power amplifier circuit analysis and debugging.Hands-on experience with RF test instruments and tester calibration.Proficiency in tester installation, validation, and production support activities.Experience supporting asset management and global production readiness initiatives.
