Must-Have: BS Degree in science or engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, Materials Science, or related) 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, reliability, or product engineering Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets Familiarity with SQL and statistical processing software (e.g., JMP/JSL, Minitab) Experience creating detailed reports and engineering documentation Nice-To-Have: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, reliability, or quality engineering 2+ years of familiarity with optical telecommunications terminology and test methodologies Knowledge of reliability testing methodologies and industry standards (e.g., Telcordia, JEDEC)
