The key responsibilities of the role include:Performs various administrative duties such as preparing documents, reports for managers and other partners in the unit/department. Ensures confidentialityResponsible for routine operational/administrative workFocuses on administering defined procedures, analyses and report preparation (overseen, reviewed and checked by more senior partner)Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel arrangements for managers or other partners in the areaMay be responsible for data input, data processing and data verificationMay track or monitor expenses for the departmentMaintains electronic and paper recordsMay greet or assist clients or vendorsAssists in the preparation and processing of documentsResponds to general inquiriesThe successful candidate will benefit from having:Basic knowledge of office procedures is requiredBasic PC knowledge and typing skills are requiredGood oral and written communication skills are requiredEntry level position. No prior experience required.Work EnvironmentThis is an in-office position. This person is expected to work onsite Monday-Friday to support effective collaboration, teamwork, and client service delivery. 660 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92660 Salary Range:$55,200 - 82,800 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
