Role PurposeThe PMO Sr Consultant supports the delivery of the Horizon 2.0 program by providing structured governance, reporting, and execution discipline across a complex, multi-platform AI transformation.This role ensures transparency of progress, risks, and value delivery while enabling consistent program controls, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment.Key Responsibilities1. Program Governance & ControlSupport end-to-end program governance across platforms, workstreams, and enabling functionsMaintain and enforce program standards, templates, and reporting cadencePrepare materials for Steering Committees, working groups, and executive forumsTrack actions, decisions, and governance outcomes to closure2. Reporting & Executive InsightProduce consolidated weekly and monthly program reporting (status, risks, issues, milestones)Develop executive dashboards tracking adoption, value, and delivery progress across platformsEnsure consistency and integrity of data across all workstreamsHighlight emerging themes, blockers, and required decisions3. Risk, Issue & Dependency ManagementMaintain centralised RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) logsDrive proactive identification and escalation of risks and blockersTrack mitigation plans and ensure accountability across teams4. Planning & Delivery CoordinationSupport program planning across multiple platforms and workstreamsCoordinate milestones, deliverables, and interdependenciesMonitor delivery progress against plan and escalate deviations5.
