Lead, Enterprise Architect – Enterprise ArchitectureYour RoleWe are seeking a technically hands-on Enterprise Architect who combines strong architecture expertise with practical engineering capability. This individual will operate as a player-coach, contributing directly to solution design and implementation - writing code, building automation, and enhancing AI-driven solutions.This role is ideal for an architect who does not want to stay purely at the conceptual level, but instead actively participates in building, prototyping, and evolving enterprise solutions alongside engineering teams.Requirements/ResponsibilitiesArchitecture and Engineering ExecutionDesign and evolve enterprise architecture patterns across cloud, SaaS, and AI-enabled platformsDirectly contribute to codebases where appropriate (e.g., APIs, automation, integrations, AI agents)Develop proofs-of-concept and reference implementations to validate architectural decisionsDevelop solution designs for enterprise architecture solutions and consult with other teams as neededAI and Automation DevelopmentDesign, build, and enhance AI agents and copilots using modern frameworks (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, LangChain, Semantic Kernel)Contribute to prompt engineering, orchestration logic, and integration patternsAutomate enterprise governance and operational processes using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or similarPlatform & Integration EngineeringWrite and review code for APIs, microservices, and integration layersBuild reusable services and automation pipelines that accelerate delivery teamsAssist in debugging, performance tuning, and resolving complex technical issuesGovernance & StandardsDefine and enforce architecture standards while ensuring they are practical and implementablePartner with engineering teams to ensure alignment between architecture and deliverySupport modern engineering practices (CI/CD, IaC, testing strategies) into enterprise workflowsCollaboration & LeadershipAct as a bridge between architecture and engineering teamsProvide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to developers and solution architectsEngage with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needsProgramming & DevelopmentProficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScriptExperience building APIs, services, and automation workflowsFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practicesCloud & PlatformsHands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications (containers, serverless, microservices)AI & Emerging TechnologyPractical experience building or integrating AI/ML or LLM-based solutionsUnderstanding of agent-based architectures, prompt orchestration, and AI governanceAbility to evaluate and apply emerging technologies in real-world enterprise contexts Preferred SkillsAI System & Agentic WorkflowsDesign, build, and optimize agentic AI systems using modern agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, Haystack Agents, ReAct-style agents).Implement multi-agent collaboration patterns, task orchestration, memory architectures, tool integrations, and reasoning-enhancing strategies.Develop secure, robust, and scalable tool‑calling and function-execution flows for agents operating in dynamic environments.Automation & IntegrationExperience with workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Logic Apps, etc.)Strong understanding of system integration patterns (REST, messaging, event-driven architecture)Enterprise ArchitectureKnowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) with a pragmatic, execution-focused mindsetExperience defining architecture patterns, standards, and reusable design componentsQualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, patterns, and best practices, with familiarity in cloud computing and SaaS models. Excellent consultative and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with business, partner, and IT stakeholders.
