Role Summary: Responsible for managing large scale, enterprise-wide Programs with multiple projects and work streams. Programs involve delivery of critical strategic business capabilities or regulatory changes that impact multiple business units or disciplines. The Project Management function manages a BU project or program to successful outcome. This role is responsible for aligning resources, overseeing the budget, creating project plans and tracking key milestones/risks/dependencies. This is the key coordinator to ensure Implementation of critical business capabilities or regulatory change. Major Duties:Focus of role is on execution of a program initiated to deliver a change in the strategic direction of business function activities; expansion of critical business capabilities or implementation of cross business unit regulatory change.Manages implementation of complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issuesAbility to lead a variety of projects providing solid leadership, planning, execution, governance and directionDisplays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with all necessary parts of the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivityStrategic in developing, implementing and administering programs with a focus on flawless project executionFacilitation of cross discipline (business unit) coordination for decision making regarding scope; prioritization and issue resolutionManage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneouslyOversee development of business cases and project documentation, escalating items for attention proactivelyDemonstrate excellent communication skills through coordination and execution across initiatives potentially impacting all facets of the business (i.e., front-office, middle-office, operations, IT, Risk, Legal, Compliance, etc.); Communication of program objectives; risks; issues and overall status to multiple levels of the organization.Display strong attention to detail while managing across programs through preparation for key meetings.Demonstrate understanding of budgetary and resource impact to projects and active management/issue resolution in bothDisplay an appropriate sense of urgency and understanding of inherent project riskProactively identify potential strategic or execution risks / issues and track them to closureAbility to partner with key stakeholders to define key success metrics and measure progress against such metrics Necessary Knowledge / Skills:Excellent analytical, consultative, communication (oral and written) and judgement skillsAbility to excel in ambiguityAbility to see the big picture and drill down into details, where neededBrings order to the workHighly flexible and adaptable to changeAbility to multi-task and manage multiple projects in concurrent mannerMotivated and self-driven individual with strong time management skillsOperates independently, but executes projects in partnership with key stakeholdersLeadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Program’s goals, structure, budget and resource needPeople Management skills to assess and develop the skills of staff.Team-work skills to drive execution without direct reporting line responsibilitiesProficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) Necessary Experience / Education:Seasoned expert with program/project management expertise that has been developed over 12+ years of experience.A college or university degree is preferredRelated industry knowledge is preferredSalary Range:$114,700 - 194,900 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
