Sr Account Manager, BankingUnder general supervision, this role is responsible for coordinating account administration for Banking clients. The position supports client servicing activities, responds to inquiries, produces reports, and oversees transaction processing.The role also partners with Banking Advisors to support business development efforts, including client presentations and coordination with internal servicing teams. Responsibilities include resolving operational issues and ensuring a high-quality client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for complex client and partner inquiries related to banking products and servicesSupport the development and implementation of tailored banking solutions, including treasury management, for new and existing Wealth Management clientsAssist Banking Advisors with account administration, business development initiatives, and client presentationsConduct initial due diligence for credit opportunities, including:Gathering financial statementsPerforming basic industry research and feasibility analysisCompiling required credit documentationAct as liaison with the National Credit Center throughout the credit underwriting processCoordinate with the Client Service Support Team (CSST) to execute daily transaction activity, including:Payments, fees, and borrowing transactionsInquiry resolution and servicing requestsCredit documentation and file maintenanceSupport deposit-related activities such as account openings, exception processing, and overdraft handlingEnsure client account information is accurate and up to date across systemsDevelop and execute action plans to support client servicing needs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolutionServe as a resource for relationship servicing teams on complex client relationshipsCommunicate proactively with clients regarding account status, documentation needs, and servicing updatesBuild a strong understanding of client needs and effectively coordinate with internal partners to deliver solutionsIdentify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency, and operational processesMaintain working knowledge of loan agreements, financial statements, and related documentationQualifications5+ years of experience in financial services, client servicing, or accounting-related rolesStrong knowledge of banking products and servicesUnderstanding of internal banking functions and credit processesDemonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaborativelyStrong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal partnersIn OfficeThis is an office-based role that requires onsite presence to effectively perform job responsibilities.#LI-LG1Salary Range:$67,500 - 111,500 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
